Out in the dark of night,
time to think, recall & doubt,
Phone & side lights on,
All alone in this lonely lane.
Few cars pass, none stop,
stranded now in a 4 wheeled box.
Breakdown service called,
too busy & far away.
patience rewards, I'm saved
I'm on my way to another day!

thank goodness .....
In the end it was
my hubby & daughter
who spotted my car
and not the breakdown
service!
so the moral to this is
judge the situation,
have a phone,
always leave extra coats etc
in your car,
drink food etc
as you never know
when you will
need them!
Never leave "HOME" without the bare esentials !!!!!!!!!
IT ALL ENDED WELL IN THE END.....
